The folks from Minted New York are back with another Saucony Running collaboration.
Having previously worked on the Endorphin Speed 4, the New York City-based label has brought a "Chrome" makeover to the brand's Endorphin Pro 5, a marquee marathon racer from the heritage running institution.
As with some of Minted New York's inline offerings, the collaborative Saucony Endorphin Pro 5 marries elite performance engineering with carefully-considered aesthetics, providing a reliable tool that doesn't sacrifice style. The "Chrome" finish provides a distinct look from other running options on the market, and featuring Minted's signature blue accents to interrupt the tonal ensemble.

"The Minted New York team brings an incredible drive for perfection and creativity to everything they do," shared Jason Faustino, Senior Director of Global Energy at Saucony. "They have a deep understanding of culture and how design can resonate beyond performance alone. The Endorphin Pro 5 was the ideal silhouette to collaborate on, allowing us to merge best-in-class innovation with their unique design aesthetic and storytelling."
Tech spec-wise, the Saucony racer includes advanced performance elements that've been proven on-the-road. The Endorphin Pro 5 features PWRRUN PB™ and PWRRUN HG™ cushioning, a full carbon fiber plate, and a PWRTRAC™ rubber outsole. The zig-zag mesh upper provides enhanced ventilation and a contained fit.
The shoes arrive in a custom drawer-style shoe box, and release via MintedNewYork.com on Tuesday, May 19. A global Saucony.com takes place on Thursday, May 21. The "Chrome" Endorphin Pro 5 is priced at $250 and will be offered in sizing from 3.5-14.
To celebrate the release, Minted New York will host an early-access pop-up at Saucony’s Covent Garden store in London on Saturday, May 16.
