USC Annenberg has officially announced a new course titled The Creative Enterprise – Learning from Cactus Jack, set to launch in the Fall 2026 semester at the University of Southern California.
The course centers on the creative ecosystem built by Travis Scott and his Cactus Jack imprint, using it as a case study to examine how ideas move from concept to large-scale execution across music, fashion, and media. It will be led by Josh Kun, an award-winning and Grammy-nominated scholar.
Structured around real-world examples, the program breaks down key elements behind Cactus Jack’s output, including collaborations, touring, and cross-industry projects. Rather than focusing purely on theory, the course looks at the systems, strategy, and decision-making that support creative work at scale.
Students will also take part in weekly conversations with contributors from the extended Cactus Jack network, offering direct insight into how projects are developed, managed, and sustained over time.
Positioned within USC Annenberg’s broader focus on culture and communication, the course is aimed at those interested in creativity, entrepreneurship, and the mechanics behind modern cultural platforms.
While most of us will not be able to attend this new, creative course, we can checkout La Flame's upcoming Air Jordan 1 Low OG pack, arriving Summer 2026.
