Nike Dunk Low “Rose Whisper” Returns with Suede and Shine

Despite celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, the Nike Dunk Low isn’t commanding the spotlight the way it did in 2020. Once the go-to silhouette on the feet of nearly every passerby, the Dunk wave has since cooled — but relics from that era continue to surface. One such favorite, the women’s exclusive “Rose Whisper,” is making a stylish return in Fall 2025, reimagined with a tactile twist and a little added shine.

The 2025 edition sticks closely to the original’s beloved color blocking, pairing crisp white smooth leather with rosy overlays. This time, however, those overlays are delivered in plush hairy suede for a premium textural shift. Underfoot, a sail-tinted midsole softens the palette, while a matching rose outsole completes the heritage setup. To elevate the look just a little more, Nike has added a miniature metallic Swoosh at the lateral ankle — a subtle but flashy new detail.
