Nike's Air Max 95 Golf Gets a Clean "White" Makeover

The Nike Air Max 95's participation in the world of golf is only getting started.

Sergio Lozano's design from 1995 is just the latest running silhouette to be reworked for the green, essentially concluding what's been a blockbuster 30th anniversary celebration. The model's beloved Air Max cushioning reprises its role, while elements across the top-half are tweaked to perform better across 18 holes. The sneaker-turned-spikeless-golf-cleat's biggest update, however, is the outsole. Road-friendly rubber is replaced with a serrated setup that's more rugged than traditional golf spikes. As with Air Jordan Golf proposals, the AM95 style makes transitioning from the course to the clubhouse seamless with its tooling solution.
