Bruce Kilgore's "presidential" Nike Air Force 1 Low design continues to expand its roster of styles well-beyond its origins as a performance basketball sneaker. Ahead of fall, it's surfaced in a new "Fauna Brown/Underbrush" look.

On its own, the two-tone color scheme calls attention due to its stark contrast to other makeovers typically associated with the 42-year-old model. When coupled with the particular pair's build, however, the difference is amplified.

Uppers on the impending launch forgo their standard smooth leather presentation in favor of a premium leather build donning square-shaped indentations from forefoot to heel. The execution is reminiscent of bespoke, crocodile skin-donning Air Force 1 styles from yesteryear. Contrast stitching along the profile further adds to the elevated makeover while helping double down on the autumnal aesthetic.

Underfoot, the color story and build stays similar. The iconic midsole opts for a textured leather material that falls in line with the upper's special update. Although the midsole dons the same shade of brown as the aforementioned contrast stitching, the leather likely patinas with wear and exposure to the sun, creating unique pairs.

The tried-and-proven outsole keeps things straightforward in a darker tone, helping balance the two-tone Air Force 1 Low. Golden lace dubraes round out the sneaker while harkening back to an older era in the AF-1's history.

Enjoy official photos of the "Fauna Brown" offering ahead. Pairs should release via Nike.com and select retailers in limited quantities by November.
