Nike ACG is taking inspiration directly from the trails of Chamonix for its latest performance collection.
Dubbed “Chamo Camo,” the terrain-inspired range brings a new camouflage pattern to the All Conditions Racing Department race kit, along with a wider lineup of trail running footwear and apparel designed for both competition and everyday use.

To create the pattern, ACG designers studied the colors, shadows, and textures found throughout the Mont Blanc region. Granite, limestone, sandstone, spruce forests, pine trees, vegetation, and lichen all helped shape the layered print, which is designed to reflect the changing conditions runners experience from dawn to dusk.
The idea also draws from the mindset of long-distance trail racing, where athletes regularly shift between chasing the field and being chased.
“Whether athletes are leading the field or working their way through it, there is a desire to move unnoticed and stay focused on the terrain ahead,” said Patrick Montoya, ACG apparel senior manager. “Chamo Camo was built around that insight.”

The athlete race kit includes Dri-FIT ADV singlets, distance tops, warm-up pieces, race shorts, tights, and Aero-FIT Radical AirFlow gear. The retail collection brings the same visual language to trail tanks, Solar Chase tops, lined running shorts, graphic tees, and additional performance apparel for men and women.
Footwear is also a major part of the collection, with the Chamo Camo treatment appearing across the Nike ACG Ultrafly Trail, Zegama Trail, Pegasus Trail, Wildhorse, and Terra Kiger.
The Nike ACG “Chamo Camo” collection releases July 29 through Nike.com, followed select ACG retailers throughout July, including Sentier in Chamonix.
For more outdoor-ready, Nike ACG sneakers, the Nike ACG Rufus is available now on Nike.
