Another day, another Player-Exclusive retro from the Swoosh conglomerate for its elite level athletes.
Ahead of March Madness, Nike Basketball gifted Duke University's Women's Basketball Team a special edition of the Kobe 9 Low. Unveiled via Instagram and modeled by Coach Kara Lawson, the pair boasts the Blue Devils' iconic color scheme. The silhouette's performance-oriented elements reprise their roles, while the university's logo shares the spotlight on the left shoe's tongue. Paint splatter-like details appear throughout the midsole of the late Kobe Bryant's beloved low-top model.

The PE gift from Nike Basketball arrives in anticipation of the Kobe 9 Low returning in some of its original colorways. Caitlin Clark has been pictured wearing the sneaker's 'Moonwalker' colorway prior to a proper retro throughout the Fall 2025 season.
Enjoy detailed shots of Duke's Kobes ahead. As with other Player-Exclusives, pairs are not scheduled to release to the public anytime soon.
