Following Mercedes AMG’s high-profile off-season switch from Puma to Adidas—a move that mirrored Lewis Hamilton’s seismic jump to Ferrari—the German automaker is already revving up its new partnership. While a range of official Formula 1-themed merchandise is already in motion, this latest release is something different: a direct collaboration between Adidas Consortium and AMG, independent of the Formula 1 team.
The result is the bold Mercedes AMG x Adidas Megaride CT, a metallic-laced street runner built with a sleek, motorsport-inspired edge. It features chrome silver panels, black mesh underlays, and AMG branding throughout—including co-branded red insoles and a stamped tongue tab reading “The Respect is Mutual.” Gloss black Three Stripes and matching support pods round out the aggressive design, with a vivid red lining offering contrast and a nod to the colorways often seen on AMG’s road-ready beasts.
This pair blends the aerodynamic sleekness of a performance vehicle with the technical detailing of Adidas’s most experimental lifestyle builds, signaling a new lane for both brands beyond the paddock.
The Mercedes AMG x Adidas Megaride CT is expected to release this fall via select Consortium retailers and adidas.com.
