SZA’s First Vansza Collection Drops This October

SZA and Vans are officially preparing the first release from Vansza, with Drop 1 set to arrive on October 22, 2026 through Vans stores and Vans.com. The collection brings SZA’s personal style into footwear and apparel, with a focus on comfort, utility and pieces shaped by the way she actually wears her clothes and shoes.

Footwear for the first drop includes the Vansza Knu Skool Mule, which takes one of SZA’s favorite Vans silhouettes and turns it into an easy-on mule. The Vansza Authentic Kickdown joins it with distressed canvas, custom artwork from Sage Adams and a collapsible heel inspired by SZA’s longtime habit of stepping on the backs of her sneakers.

That same personal approach carries into the apparel. One of the main pieces is the Vansza Workwear Trompe L’Oeil Fleece Set, which recreates the look of a worn workwear jacket from SZA’s own collection as a photorealistic print across a fleece crewneck and matching sweatpants.

Drop 1 also includes the Vansza Denim Hunting Jacket and Multi-Pocket Denim Pant, both drawing from vintage utility clothing through washed denim, oversized proportions, corduroy detailing and exaggerated pockets. The Vansza Outdoor Oversized Short will also appear in both chapters of the collaboration.

Ahead of the October release, Vans is giving New York an early look at the wider Vansza project during New York Fashion Week. The public experience runs September 10 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and September 11 from noon to 4 p.m. at 260 Bowery, previewing the collection and its creative direction.

Vansza Drop 1 releases October 22, 2026, with the second chapter scheduled to follow in Spring 2027.
