PUMA Presents Manchester City's 25/26 Away Jersey
Days after setting a record amongst English clubs and their kit manufacturers, Manchester City has unveiled its 25/26 Away Jersey. Designed and built by PUMA, the shirt draws inspiration from the team's oldest-known kit.
Much tamer than some of the previous seasons' jerseys, the newly-surfaced shirt features a predominantly black presentation. Silver accents appear across branding and sponsorship logos, a nod to the timelessness of Manchester's blue squad. A blend of classic and contemporary cues come together on the Away Jersey, which features a traditional collar complemented by a white trim.

"It’s fantastic to see Manchester City reference the earliest-known kit in the Club’s history in the new Away kit for the 2025/26 season," said Dr. Gary James, a Manchester football historian. "The black shirt design is a respectful nod to City’s early years, a significant symbol of the Club’s origin story, and it is fitting to see that legacy [honored] through a modern interpretation that reminds us all how far we’ve come."
According to the brand, the new Manchester City Away kit will debut during the team's match against Palermo at the Renzo Barbera Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 9. Fans are able to purchase this and other products related to the club through mancity.com/shop, Fanatics.com, and PUMA.com.
