Texas Football Unveils Nike Vaporposite Pro PE Cleats

Texas Football has unveiled a new Nike Vaporposite Pro PE, giving the Longhorns a fresh player-exclusive look ahead of their matchup with Ohio State.

The cleat is dressed in a familiar Burnt Orange and White color scheme, with a white molded shell wrapped around the sides and heel and orange covering the upper, laces, collar, and tongue. Texas branding appears across the tongue, while metallic Swooshes add another finish to the design.

One of the standout details comes underneath, where the Vaporposite Pro’s plate and studs feature an iridescent finish that shifts through orange, blue, and purple tones depending on the light.

The pair also includes small football-specific touches throughout, including “Nike Football” branding underfoot and a “Hook ’Em” detail near the heel.

Texas will likely bring the new Vaporposite Pro PEs onto the field when the Longhorns face Ohio State on September 12. As a player-exclusive release, the pair is not expected to hit retail.
