Nike Mind 001 "Geode Teal" Drops April 2026

Nike continues to build out its neuroscience-informed footwear program with the Nike Mind 001 “Geode Teal,” arriving in April 2026 as part of the brand’s Mind Science line.

Unlike traditional slides positioned around softness or step-in comfort, the Nike Mind 001 is framed through a different lens. Developed under the Nike Mind Science Department, the silhouette is designed around how sensory input — including pressure mapping, color, and visual rhythm — can influence mood and help the wearer feel calm, focused, and balanced.

The Nike Mind 001 “Geode Teal” introduces one of the model’s first gradient color executions. A saturated teal upper transitions subtly into lighter green tones through the sculpted midsole and outsole, creating a smooth visual shift rather than a sharp contrast. The effect is controlled and deliberate, reinforcing the line’s emphasis on composure. Yellow traction pods beneath the outsole provide a quiet pop of contrast, while small metallic Swooshes on the vamp and lateral side keep branding minimal.

Perforations across the upper allow airflow, while the contoured interior and circular pod layout underfoot are engineered to deliver consistent sensory feedback. Inside, Nike Mind and Nike Mind Science Department graphics sit against a dotted pattern, underscoring the product’s research-based foundation.

As one of the first gradient colorways in the series, the Nike Mind 001 “Geode Teal” signals a broader exploration of color psychology within the Mind line — where hue and transition are considered part of the overall experience, not just aesthetics.
