The Nike Kobe Dunk Low Protro Joins the “Mamba Eterno” Collection

Nike is expanding its “Mamba Eterno” tribute beyond Kobe Bryant’s signature basketball line, bringing the story to the Dunk Low Protro for an October 30 release.

The pair takes a noticeably different approach from the predominantly orange Kobe models in the collection. A vivid red-and-orange woven textile runs across the toe box, quarters, and collar, while distressed black overlays and matching Swooshes give the Dunk a darker finish. An aged off-white midsole and dark outsole complete the base.

Kobe-specific details are worked throughout. His Sheath logo appears in gold on the tongue, while embroidered signature branding lands at the heel. The insoles are mismatched in purple and green, each finished with gold “Mamba Eterno” script, and the pair comes with additional pink, white, and black laces.

The Dunk is part of Nike’s wider “Mamba Eterno” collection, which also extends to an Air Force 1, alongside the Kobe 3 Low and Kobe A.D Protros. The collection uses bright orange and red tones with contrasting purple and green details, tying the different silhouettes together while giving each its own treatment.

Look for the Nike Kobe Dunk Low Protro “Mamba Eterno” to release on October 30, 2026 for $130.
