It only feels like yesterday that the Nike Dunk Low “Panda” was everywhere. In reality, we’re now several years removed from peak Panda-monium, when the simple black-and-white Dunk became one of Nike’s most visible sneakers, landing on just about every rotation imaginable.
Now, Nike appears ready to revisit that era with the return of the Nike Dunk Low “Patent Panda” for Summer 2026.
The pair keeps the familiar black-and-white blocking intact, but swaps the standard leather overlays for glossy black patent leather across the mudguard, eyestays, Swoosh, collar, and heel. White leather fills the toe box, quarter panel, and tongue, keeping the pair close to the original “Panda” formula while giving it a sharper, dressier finish.
Black laces, black Nike tongue branding, and a matching black outsole complete the look, while the white midsole maintains the classic Dunk contrast. It’s not a full reinvention, but it does enough to separate itself from the standard pair that dominated the early 2020s.
The Nike Dunk Low “Patent Panda” is set to return on July 1st via Nike.com and select retailers. More details should follow soon.
