Nike is officially stepping into the future of footwear with the release of the Air Max 1000 “Oatmeal,” a fully 3D-printed sneaker produced in partnership with Zellerfeld. Slated for a Summer 2025 release at $210, the innovative model was first unveiled at ComplexCon late last year, where it generated buzz for its futuristic construction and bold design cues.
Engineered with Zellerfeld’s cutting-edge 3D-printing technology, the Air Max 1000 ditches traditional shoe assembly methods in favor of a one-piece printed build. The “Oatmeal” colorway highlights its intricately woven lattice structure with a clean monochromatic palette, offset by a bright red visible Air unit in the heel. Underfoot, the sole features a textured grid for multi-directional grip and added flexibility.
The sneaker’s digitally molded form is designed to provide a custom-like fit with minimal waste, reinforcing Nike’s growing interest in sustainability and next-gen production methods. Subtle Swoosh branding, heel tabs with technical detailing, and interior “MADE IN GERMANY” markings add to its premium feel.
With the Air Max 1000, Nike is testing the boundaries of comfort, design, and environmental responsibility — blending familiar Air Max heritage with radical new manufacturing.
Expect the Nike Air Max 1000 “Oatmeal” to release in Summer 2025 for $210.
Expect future details and drop dates to be reflected on our real-time Nike Release Dates Calendar in the coming months.
In other news from the Swoosh empire, the Air Jordan 4 is set to have a stellar 2025.
