The Nike Air Liquid Max Luxes Up in "Light Bone" and Chrome

Nike’s Air Liquid Max is still building out its early run, and its next colorway brings one of the model’s cleaner looks yet.

Expected to release this summer, the Nike Air Liquid Max “Light Bone” shifts away from the darker executions that have appeared so far, dressing the upper in a soft off-white finish with subtle grey linework wrapping the lower half of the shoe. The result gives the silhouette’s sculpted shape a calmer presentation without hiding the tech-heavy design language.

Chrome Swooshes sit at the midfoot, adding a polished hit to the otherwise neutral upper. Below, a grey midsole frame leads into the shoe’s biggest visual feature: a bright green full-length Air unit that runs through the segmented outsole. It’s the same exaggerated cushioning setup that has defined the Air Liquid Max from the start, this time framed by a lighter, more lifestyle-friendly build.

Details continue at the heel, where grey supports wrap the rear with vertical Air Max branding, while a translucent green outsole continues the color pop underfoot. The mix of Light Bone, chrome, grey, and neon green gives the pair a sharper lifestyle angle while still keeping the model firmly in Nike’s experimental Air Max lane.
