Erling Haaland’s Nike Phantom 6 Low Changes When It Gets Wet

Nike Football has unveiled Erling Haaland’s latest Phantom 6 Low Player Edition, with the new design built around a quality the brand says defines both his game and personality: being “impossible to contain.”

The concept is expressed through a water-inspired finish rather than a single graphic. Multiple shades of blue run across the boot alongside a multicolored Flyknit upper, while a reflective Swoosh and Haaland’s EH logo add signature details.

The standout element is hidden until the boot gets wet. Exposure to rain, sweat, or a wet pitch activates a pattern across the upper, changing the appearance of the Phantom during play. Nike connects the effect to Haaland’s ability to remain patient before making an impact when an opportunity opens up.

The design also plays into a contrast between calm and chaos, using the movement of water across the upper to reflect the different sides of Haaland’s game.

The Nike Phantom 6 Low Elite “Erling Haaland” will release first on October 1 for Nike Members and through specialty partners. A wider global launch follows on October 5, with select adult and kids’ models available through Nike.com and other retailers.
