The Whitaker Group x New Balance 2010 “Willful Bias for Identity” Drops November 5

The Whitaker Group and New Balance are continuing their ongoing Willful Bias series, this time bringing the concept to the New Balance 2010 with a new two-pair “For Identity” collection.

The latest chapter follows previous releases centered on discovery, education and community, shifting the focus toward identity and the experiences that shape how people see themselves and the world around them.

Both New Balance 2010 colorways share a distressed, layered construction built from breathable mesh, suede overlays, exposed stitching and frayed detailing. Orange accents appear on the “N” branding across both pairs, tying the duo together despite their contrasting palettes.

One version pairs cream mesh with earthy pink and muted suede overlays, finished with a grey midsole. The second works from a grey base with purple suede throughout, balanced by a cream-colored midsole.

The release continues The Whitaker Group’s broader work with New Balance, following previous Willful Bias projects on silhouettes including the 740, 998, 990v4 and 1906U.
