Vibrant "Grape Sorbet" and "Brandied Apricot" Looks Land on the New Balance 991v2
New Balance continues to win over audiences across the globe with a healthy mix of compelling collaborations and inline styles.
To kick off July, the brand's Made in UK program has reimagined the NB 991v2 in "Grape Sorbet" and "Brandied Apricot" makeovers. Both offerings aren't too dissimilar from the "Grounded Pastels" capsule that launched earlier in the year, showcasing high quality pig suede in vibrant yellow and pink tones. Muted green and burgundy take over mesh bases, allowing for their overlays to revel in the spotlight. Hits of grey appear across profile N logos and 991 branding, harkening back to the original New Balance 990. Underfoot, the FuelCell-assisted tooling solution keeps things straightforward, although visible cushioning pods favor rich orange flair.
Enjoy official photos of the New Balance 991v2 duo ahead. Pairs are scheduled to launch overseas on Thursday, July 3, although a stateside NewBalance.com release has yet to be confirmed.
