Major League Soccer's (MLS) representatives at the expanded FIFA Club World Cup might've been bottom of their respective groups, but they're sure to take the experience as a learning opportunity for what's to come before the start of the new season. Teams not named Los Angeles FC nor Seattle Sounders have new Adidas gear on the way to get excited for.
Ahead of MLS All-Star Game (which debuts a jersey inspired by an old school MLS logo), the Three Stripes has unveiled another retro Adidas Gazelle collection inspired by the League's teams. Ten different pairs of the popular low-top are presented with colors and details to match their 1990s and 2000s-inspired third shirts. The lineup serves as a sequel to last year's widely-successful collection, which saw LA Galaxy, Inter Miami, and others receive kicks to match their retro jerseys.
As with other football-inspired Adidas Originals footwear, nods to the commemorated teams arrive on the heel, while the suede-and-leather upper takes on thoughtful color palettes that allow folks to support their favorite clubs beyond match-day.
Enjoy detailed shots of all MLS Archive Collection products ahead—including jackets. All items are now available via MLSstore.com and at various MLS and club retail locations. A launch of select products via Adidas.com is also expected.
