Dingyun Zhang's Sophomore Adidas Samba Collection is Coming Soon

Beijing-based designer Dingyun Zhang has quickly ascended the ranks in the fashion world, catching the eye of Adidas for a striking collaboration earlier this year. Known for his innovative approach to design and materials, Zhang first reimagined the Adidas Samba with a sleek black patent leather and suede combination. He revisits this iconic silhouette for Fall 2024, introducing two new luxurious suede versions.

The first in the lineup is a monochromatic iteration, bathed entirely in Vapor White. This pristine version blends minimalism with luxury, showcasing the Samba in a light that balances streetwear and high-fashion influences. The second option presents a more dynamic look with an Oxidized Brown base complemented by vibrant Hyper Crimson accents on the exaggerated foam collars. Both pairs feature co-branded tongues and are constructed with the premium craftsmanship expected of top-tier collaborations.

Although a release date has not yet been set, this sophomore Dingyun Zhang x Adidas Samba Collection is expected to be released for the Fall 2024 season.
