Swatch’s next major collaboration has officially been confirmed, with the brand set to launch the Audemars Piguet x Swatch “Royal Pop” collection on May 16.

While the release itself has now been locked in, details surrounding the collection remain tightly under wraps, with neither Swatch nor Audemars Piguet officially unveiling the watches at the time of writing. Despite that, anticipation is already building rapidly online, especially given the project’s rumored connection to Audemars Piguet’s iconic Royal Oak design language.

Reports currently suggest the collection will retail for under $500, continuing Swatch’s recent strategy of delivering accessible takes on luxury-inspired watchmaking following its blockbuster Omega and Blancpain collaborations.
