Another day, another Jordan Brand release rumor. Reports of the Air Jordan 4 "Toro Bravo" returning throughout the Summer 2026 season kick off July.
Shared via social media by the trio of X users @brandon1an and @zSneakerheadz, and Romania's Sneaker Market outlet, the news arrives to the joy of countless netizens. Having released in 2013, the "Toro Bravo" Air Jordan is widely considered a modern classic, with prices on the after-market steadily holding above the sneaker's original $160 MSRP. The news also adds to the growing list of coveted pairs from the past returning ahead of the design's 40th anniversary (1989).
Fairly reminiscent of an edition once exclusive to Carmelo Anthony, the Jordan 4 features a "Fire Red/White/Black/Cement Grey" color scheme. An initial report hasn't disclosed whether or not the Summer '26 retro will be a faithful reissue of the pair from the early 2010s, but it's likely the next "Toro Bravo" makeover includes elevated quality and an overall shape closer to the debut AJ4. The retro launched with a Jumpman logo on the spine, but, if the impending "Black Cat" Jordan 4 retro is indicative of anything, it's that Nike Air might appear on the style despite not forming part of the silhouette's original run.
Stay tuned for firm Nike.com/Jordan release details and official photos of the reissue. Full-family sizing should be available. The lead photo of this story is one of the "Toro Bravo" Jordan 4 from 2013.
