Jordan 4 Retro “Laser” Returns in 2027 in Two OG Colorways
Jordan Brand is set to bring back one of its more distinct early-2000s releases, with the return of the Air Jordan 4 Retro Laser in both white and black colorways for 2027.
Originally released in 2005, the Laser series stood out for its fully engraved uppers, featuring intricate, all-over patterns etched into the leather. The upcoming retro is expected to stay close to that original concept, with both colorways returning in OG form.
The white pair arrives with a clean base, contrasted by red accents and black hits across the midsole and support wings. The defining laser-etched graphics cover the entire upper, giving the pair its signature look without relying on traditional color blocking.
Alongside it, the black version flips the palette, featuring a darker leather upper with the same engraved detailing throughout. Red laces and accents provide contrast, while neutral tones underfoot balance the design. Like the white pair, the focus remains on the etched artwork that defined the original release.
Both pairs are expected to retain classic Air Jordan 4 construction, including mesh paneling, TPU wings, and visible Air cushioning in the heel. Early reports suggest the retro will aim to mirror the 2005 pairs as closely as possible, aligning with Jordan Brand’s recent push toward more accurate reissues.
The Air Jordan 4 Retro Laser in both white and black colorways is currently expected to release in February 2027 via Nike.com/Jordan and select retailers. Stay tuned for confirmed dates and pricing.
