No sneaker in the Air Jordan catalog has quite had the storytelling efforts that the Air Jordan 1. From "Rookie of the Year" to "Lost and Found," the Jumpman brand has a penchant for using the origin sneaker as its storytelling vessel. Amongst those, there have been a handful of UNC to CHI colorways celebrating Mike's transition from college to NBA dominance, and there may well be another one in the works, with an Air Jordan 1 High OG "University Red/Dark Powder Blue" on the way for Spring 2025.

Information provided by Sneaker Market RO suggests that this ladies-exclusive release will feature both UNC "Powder Blue" and Chicago Bulls "University Red" amongst Sail and Pale Vanilla accents.

However, whether this will officially be linked to Mike's journey remains speculative at best. So, too, are our mock-up visuals of the pair, which infuse the OG "Powder Blue" with the OG "Chicago" design.

OF course, as with any early mock-up, expect the retail release to differ.

    More information will arrive soon.
