Up There and ASICS Deliver an Australian Bush-Themed GEL-Terrain

In collaboration with Australia's UP There, the ASICS GEL-Terrain is set to captivate with its latest design inspired by the natural world.

This sneaker adopts a color palette of mauve, lavender, and grey, reminiscent of the autumnal hues found in the Australian bush. The design intricately weaves in the reflective prints, mimicking the natural venation of leaves. This detail adds visual interest and symbolizes the leaves' role in capturing solar energy.

This release marks the third collaboration between UP There and ASICS, each drawing profound inspiration from nature to craft unique footwear experiences. For this iteration, the GEL-Terrain is elevated with vibrant accents in acid yellow and hot red, contrasting the subdued base colors. Reflective underlays enhance visibility and style, ensuring that each step glimmers with a life of its own.

Complementing the footwear, the collaboration extends to apparel, including a t-shirt and a Pertex® Equilibrium jacket/cap combo, all featuring reflective details that harmonize with the sneaker’s design.

Anticipation is building as the release date approaches, with the launch scheduled for Saturday, June 22 (5:00 p.m. ET June 21 in the US) via Up There and select global stockists.
