Pharrell's Oversized adidas Superstar 92 Releases March 1st

Despite his role at Louis Vuitton, Pharrell Williams continues to partner with adidas to release a medley of sports-inspired silhouettes for today's fashionable consumer. The exaggerated Superstar 92 unveiled during Paris Fashion Week in June 2024 is finally slated to hit shelves this weekend.

Debut colorways of Williams' adidas Superstar 92 collaboration will release via A Ma Maniére and Social Status in Atlanta before launching globally. The move deviates from Skateboard P's typical release process, but could be rooted in both his and the Three Stripes' commitment to Black-owned businesses.

Although the bloated update to the iconic shell-toe appeared in a number of finishes (and with handfuls of different lace options), it's set to debut in classic 'Core Black/Footwear White' and 'Footwear White/Core Black' looks. Superstar 92 text lands on the lateral profile, differentiating from standard pairs of the old school model.
