The Adidas Samba OG Appears in Fall-Friendly, Faux Pony Hair Makeovers

Adidas Originals has shifted its focus onto other overlooked silhouettes in the last eight months, but it continues to reimagine the popular Samba OG in refreshing ensembles. Ahead of fall, the sneaker has emerged in muted color schemes and faux pony hair makeovers.

Two newly-surfaced styles—clad in "Fox Brown/Core Black/Gum Five" and "Crew White/Mystic Brown/Gum Four" color palettes—lead the fashionable charge, which could include more finishes before the year ends. Akin to pairs developed in collaboration with Wales Bonner, the unreleased duo features high-quality faux pony hair throughout its uppers. Iconic T-toe overlays take on leather construction, as do panels along the tongue and at the Achilles' heel. Profile 3-Stripes deliver contrast on both offerings, while sole units indulge in varying shades of gum brown.
